Legal Notice

Business identity, e-commerce disclosures, contact details, and legal information for Inertia Start.

This Legal Notice identifies the owner and operator of all websites and services in the Inertia Start ecosystem, including the marketing websites, documentation, demo, customer account application, purchase flows, product pages, repository access, registry access, and support channels.

This Legal Notice applies to all of the following websites and services:

Inertia Start is operated as an autónomo activity and is not presented as a company registered in the Spanish Commercial Registry unless expressly stated otherwise.

The sale of software source-code products is not currently subject to a prior administrative authorization regime. If this changes, we will update this Legal Notice.

Software development and source-code product sales are not presented as a regulated profession. We are not currently affiliated with a professional college for the operation of these services.

We are not currently adhered to a specific code of conduct. If we later adhere to one, we will identify it and explain how it can be consulted electronically.

3. Products and Services

We sell digital source-code products for software developers:

  • Inertia Start, the complete source code of a Laravel, Inertia.js, and Vue.js starter kit, including the Inertia Table component.
  • Inertia Table, the standalone Vue.js component when purchased separately.

The products are digital developer tools. They are not legal, tax, security, compliance, hosting, deployment, or custom implementation services.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment Providers

Product prices are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices are for one-time digital licenses and the checkout indicates the currency, available payment methods, and applicable taxes or tax handling.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or Paddle. These providers may apply their own checkout, payment, privacy, data-processing, fraud-prevention, refund, and dispute terms to the payment services they operate.

5. Electronic Contracting

Before completing a purchase, customers should review the product description, price, tax information, access period, update/support terms, refund and withdrawal information, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and payment-provider terms shown during checkout.

The purchase process may include selecting a product, reviewing the checkout page, entering billing/payment details with the payment provider, confirming payment, receiving payment confirmation, and receiving account or product-access instructions.

Customers are responsible for checking the information entered during checkout before confirming payment. Payment providers may provide additional controls to correct billing, tax, or payment details before the transaction is completed.

The contract may be formalized in English. Order, payment, license, and account records may be retained electronically for legal, tax, accounting, security, access-control, and dispute purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Inertia Start and Inertia Table names, websites, documentation, product materials, demos, private repositories, registry content, design elements, and related materials are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product grants only the license described in the Terms of Service. It does not transfer ownership of the products, repositories, documentation, branding, or related intellectual-property rights.

7. Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the websites, documentation, demo, account application, repository access, and registry access available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free content.

Customers remain responsible for evaluating, testing, securing, deploying, and maintaining any application they build with the products.

8. Disputes and Applicable Law

These services are operated from Spain. Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, the Legal Notice, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and related contractual matters are governed by Spanish law.

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025. We therefore do not provide an ODR platform link.

If you are a consumer, you may have rights before competent consumer authorities or courts under the laws that apply to you. We are not currently adhered to a specific consumer arbitration or alternative dispute-resolution body unless expressly stated otherwise.
